Measuring and Analyzing Perceived Windows Desktop User Experience

Microsoft MVP Benny Tritsch is on a mission to produce repeatable physical workstation, on-prem remote desktop, Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop benchmarking test results. He runs both synthetic and real user workloads under predefined conditions while collecting telemetry data and recording screen videos. This allows him to investigate and visualize the influence of different VM types, GPU acceleration, varying network conditions and different remoting protocol settings in a scientific way. In his session, Benny walks you through test methodology, sample test results, preferred performance counters and tools he uses. His test results give you the unbiased information needed when planning, migrating or upgrading Windows Desktops as a Service in exactly the way required by your users.
